A property can look impressive in photographs and still leave buyers unsure how the space actually works. Worth flagging early: not every property suits FPV. Very small units or heavily partitioned spaces sometimes work better with stills and a traditional aerial alone, and that's something we'll say on the site survey rather than push a format that won't add value to the listing.
The strongest aerial footage is not always the fastest or most dynamic. Sometimes the brief calls for slower, more cinematic shots that build atmosphere, reveal scale and give viewers a true sense of the location. By combining considered movement with the right composition, aerial footage can add impact while keeping the focus on the property and its surroundings.

For higher-end briefs we run cinelifter rigs carrying RED or Blackmagic cameras, which matters when the aerial footage needs to intercut directly with ground footage shot on the same camera system.
Most of the friction on set comes from a crew not knowing what a drone unit actually needs, so we handle that conversation before the shoot day. If post-production is also part of the brief, our video editing and post-production team can take the footage straight through to a finished cut.
Motorsport and automotive briefs usually need two different things from the same shoot: a tracking shot that follows a vehicle at speed, and a wider shot that establishes the track or the vehicle's design. FPV covers the first; a traditional drone pass usually covers the second, and deciding the balance between them is part of the pre-shoot planning rather than something worked out on the day.

Every movement is planned in advance - a chase through a specific corner, a tracking run in a karting final, a hero reveal for a launch - because there's no room to improvise a flight path around a moving vehicle.
We integrate directly into existing camera teams, working to the same call sheet as directors and DOPs rather than operating as a separate unit on the day. For most of our motorsport clients, the FPV and traditional elements are booked as a single production day rather than two separate shoots, which tends to be more efficient and keeps the whole edit consistent.
Aerial stills are usually booked alongside video rather than on their own, because the same flight that captures a fly-through can also produce a set of high-resolution frames without a second visit. The exception is press and editorial work, where a single strong still is often the actual deliverable.

We've filmed inside Heathrow's flight restriction zone for the England Lionesses return campaign at Thornbury Park, coordinating directly with NATS, Heathrow and the Metropolitan Police, so central London restriction zones and congested-area shoots are well within what we plan for.

We're a CAA-registered operator with an A2 Certificate of Competency and the GVC, and carry £10 million of public liability cover through the specialist aviation insurer Moonrock. Every job comes with its own site-specific RAMS, and waiver forms where the public are present.
